Description

This holster is for the Motorola APX 6000 and 8000 portable radio. The holders body is formed from heavy weight .093 Kydex and our belt loops are formed from .125 Kydex. The body is extra deep to protect the LCD display. The body of the Motorola APX 6000 and 8000 holder has side cutout for attachment of a speaker mic or other attachments. There is a opening for access to the radios push to talk button while radio is holstered. The holder has two tension adjustment screws allowing the user to easily adjust the desired retention friction. If there is a need for greater retention security, We have added a length of 1/8 inch shock cord installed to the holder. The shock cord is easy to use. Just stretch over the volume knob and lay in the recess next to the knob. Belt loops are securely fastened at four points and are available in either 2 inch or 2 1/4 inch for your selection. We also offer this holder with a Tek Lok or Molle attachment.
